What sizes do your hats come in?
We offer sizes for babies, children, teens, and adults. Whether you're after a tiny hat for a toddler or a matching set for grown-ups, we've got you covered. Size guides are available on each product page for easy reference.
Can I personalise the embroidery?
Yes, absolutely. Each cap includes one line of personalised text at no extra cost – perfect for a name or short message. If you’d like to add more, each additional line of text is priced at SGD $5, while embroidery patterns range from SGD $3 to $12, depending on the complexity of the design.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within a few working days. Delivery times may vary based on your location in Singapore, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If your order is urgent, do let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.
Do you offer matching sets for families or groups?
Yes, we do. We’re happy to create matching or themed sets for families, friends, or events. Simply let us know your requirements when placing your order, and we’ll coordinate the designs accordingly.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. While we cannot guarantee amendments once production has begun, we’ll do our best to assist if your order is still in the early stages.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes, certainly. You may include a personalised gift note by writing your message in the notes section at checkout. We’ll ensure it’s included with your order.
What if I receive the wrong item or there's a mistake?
If you receive an incorrect item or notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and offer a prompt resolution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. We currently ship only within Singapore, but international shipping may be available in the future.
How should I care for my hat?
To keep your customised hat looking its best, we recommend spot cleaning it gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or soaking, as this may affect the embroidery and shape of the hat. Let it air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat. Store it in a cool, dry place to help maintain its form and colour.
